Being patient is beautiful. I tell you it’s the hardest thing. I realize that I may not have hands to hold my wife’s hands, but when the time comes, I will be able to hold her heart.


If you keep on concentrating on your life for things you wish you had or for things you wish you didn’t have, then you sort of forget what you do have….  The first thing is to be thankful.


It’s a lie to think you are not good enough.  It’s a lie to think that you are not worth anything.


We are put in situations to build our character, not to destroy us.


There are times in life when you fall down, and you feel like you don’t have the strength to get back up.  Do you think you have hope? … I just want you to know that it’s not the end.  It matters how you finish.  Are you going to finish strong?  You will find the strength to get back up, like this …

Beware of those who do not appreciate our strengths, but can only see us through our shadow at the closed door, or will only value our worth in their own preceived goals.  These people may block us from seeing the opened door.  And one of these people – may just be ourselves.

Cherish those who love, accept, and appreciate us.   The trainer in the video has digged beyond her own “broken heart” to bring out the beauty & potential of her dog and the child.  Same dog, same child, and same physical limits – but what a different journey!
